Refund/Return Policy:

  1. Customers have 10 days from the time they received their order to notify us of a short shipment or incorrect parts.
  2. There are no returns on generic ICs or transistors.
  3. Return Authorizations (RA) can be obtained by calling our order desk, on line or at our parts counter.
  4. RAs are valid for 30 days.
  5. Customers must notify us within the warranty period from the invoice date to exchange defective parts.
  6. Customers have 30 days to return unwanted parts, but they must be in original packaging and resalable. Restocking fee will apply.
  7. A credit will only be issued after the part has been inspected and found in a resalable condition.
  8. Defective items will be automatically re-ordered when a RA is requested by the customer. Defective products can not be returned for credit only warranty exchange.
  9. There is 20% restocking charge on regularly stocked items, and 30% on special order items and Sony products.
  10. The above charges apply to all cancellations; even if the item is not in stock at the time the customer placed the order, but has been ordered from the vendor.
  11. Any part valued over $500.00 dollars must be inspected by the returns co-ordinator and a member of the management team prior to credit being processed and part returned to the OEM.
  12. If a customer receives a damaged parcel they must either decline the shipment or sign the waybill indicating damage to receive a credit.
        a) Picture tubes and screens, mirrors should be inspected before signing the waybill.
  13. All customers who pay cash for their parts at our pick-up counter and return them on the same day may receive cash back once the Counter staff inspects the product. If the product is returned the following day and the amount is over $50.00 a cheque will be sent to the customer.
  14. If a customer wants to exchange a product at our counter it can be done on the spot with no cost to the customer if the following criteria is met:
        a) Product is from a defective lot from the manufacturer.
        b) Type of malfunction already known to Global’s staff
        c) Customer wants same product but in a different colour (price must be the same between the two products)
